| Are You Having A Difficult Time Decorating For A Baby Shower Party? It Can Be Challenging Locating Solid Festive Decorations |

My sister and I planned a baby shower party for 1 of our nieces. We made the decision to have it in the fellowship area of the neighborhood church because it was a large guest list. We had the baby shower party on a Saturday afternoon. We did not want to get too complicated with the baby shower decorations due to the fact that we had to have the complete area cleaned out instantaneously after the party. We did want to have just a few decorations for baby shower to give the room a celebratory feel. There's a cradle that is passed to every new mother for the baby to sleep in for the first 4 to 6 weeks. This bassinet was my mother's. We decided that we would use the cradle as the heart of our baby shower party decorations. The fellowship section has large round tables that seat ten individuals. We moved 1 table off by itself to be the presents table. We covered this table with a smooth pink tablecloth; our niece has found out she is having a girl. We set the cradle in the center of the table. We decided to use our presents for the baby shower decorations. I had obtained a pink and white baby blanket, which we hung over the side of the cradle. We pinned a number of rattles and other baby toys to the blanket with diaper pins. We then displayed the little outfits that my sister had bought. We finished the baby shower party decorations for the gift table by placing a big teddy bear into the bassinet. It is so much fun to decorating for a baby shower! For the buffet table we had an array of fresh-cut flowers from the local florist. She used soft pink carnations, baby's breathe and daisies for the display. We determined that no other baby shower party festive decorations needed to be placed on this table. We did have pink napkins that we put on this table, together with a cake that was ornamented with a stork holding a tiny doll in a pink frosting blanket. We had also gotten a corsage for our niece and one for every of the new grandmas to be. We felt that the room looked very nice and we wouldn't have to spend a solid deal of time cleaning up baby shower decorations because of the fact that they would all be sent home as presents to our niece. We had a big turn out for the baby shower. My niece got several very nice presents. She was glad that we had the shower in a space that was not small. As she progresses with the pregnancy she is feeling more claustrophobic. Within 30 moments after the shower was over the fellowship section was cleaned up and we were on our way home. |
