 Ceramic Smokers: The Big Green Egg Grill Vs. Other Barbecue Grills
If you're a grill enthusiast, you've more than likely seen the Big Green Egg grill. It is a ceramic barbecue grill which you can use as a grill, smoker and even an outdoor oven. It is so versatile you'll be able to prepare everything from hamburgers and steaks and other standard barbeque grill foods to desserts, breads as well as pizza.

Eggheads can't live without the Big Green Egg, but you may be wondering what makes the Egg (as it's fondly referred to as) out-shine other barbeque grills.

Possibly the greatest difference is the overall look of the grill. The Big Green Egg smoker is well, green and the same shape as an egg. If you're a bbq enthusiast and you also do a good deal of smoking in addition to barbecuing you are going to appreciate the quality and the results you get while using the Big Green Egg.
