3. Go slowly and steadily make your dieting alterations over time. Drastically modifying your eating habits in a single day isn't a good idea, even for an anti cellulite diet -- in fact, it's unsafe. With that being said, ease into it, making the adjustments to your eating habits as time passes. Not tortoise slow, mind you, but slow enough so that you aren't going to implode thanks to the decrease of fats, sugars, & food additives that your body is typically accustomed to. Slipping up every now and again shouldn't ruin your efforts, but ensure that you demonstrate some sense of control -- otherwise, cellulite won't have any difficulty making itself comfortable.
