When it comes to Motivation, Some-times It's not as Simple as Seeing is Believing it's Doing, Accomplishing Your Individual Goals Could Just Be a Picture Away! You might not believe me when I tell you this. I'm sure that if I heard it, I wouldn't probably believe it. Nonetheless, there is nothing that encourages people quite as much as cardiovascular photos to get fit and in fit shape. I know how cynical people are about motivational pictures. Everybody has seen that ridiculous poster on the walls of their cubicles - someone climbing a mountain with some caption about "motivation", or "excellence" under it, or some little kitty hanging on to the edge of a desk with her claws, beneath which is inscribed, in cutesy bubbly letters, "hang on". It is considered very bad taste even to put such thing up - unless you're a middle manager, in which bad taste is considered an asset. Nonetheless, at least with cardio photos, it is true. The right picture can really get people motivated. I should know. I am a manager at the Skinny Booty Gym down-town, and among my various obligations is decorating the walls. It has given me plenty of time to pay attention to people in their workouts, and the differences that those cardiovascular pics make is extraordinary. I discovered this when I was studying to be a fitness trainer and I realized that the sections in my study guide that had pics of aerobic people encouraged me to push harder. And after becoming a fitness trainer I saw awe-inspiring results with my clients in the gym areas that were decorated with fitness pics. Before I put them up, a lot of people seemed to be just slogging painfully through their workout program, with-out hope of ever accomplishing any fitness goals. Since I put up the cardio photos, however, things have been a lot different. It's like the cardiovascular pics give everyone a burst of confidence that makes them practically glow. I know the glisten of sweat, and can tell it from the shimmer of confidence. This here is the glisten of confidence. They look at those cardiovascular pictures and stand up straighter, work so much harder, and I believe, go home feeling better about them-selves. Even the aerobic exercise classes seem to go better with the pictures around the room. I've even taken down my other motivational posters and put up the cardio photos around my cubicle in the fitness center. Even when I'm not working out, the photos of fit, trim people doing their aerobics workout plan seems to convince me to put a little bit more into whatever I am working on at the minute. You do not have to be interested in a career in personal training to take advantage of this content. There are many types of pictures which are prettier, more interesting, and more eye-catching than cardio pictures, but I have not found one that has a greater effect on the work ethic.
